Whether you’re a believer in New Year’s Resolutions or not, when that calendar ticks over into January, I’m sure we all make a little promise to ourselves to do something a little differently — no matter the size.
For me, it’s blogging.
I thought it had been a few months since I last posted on the site, but it turns out my last upload was Summer 2020. Cringe. That said, I’ve been pretty busy in the years that have followed —namely, leading Natural HR through the rollercoaster that was the pandemic.
Not only did we survive that, but we went on to achieve recognition from our peers too, winning a duo of awards for the business, but I was also lucky enough to attend the launch of the female founders forum reports, too.
While we sing about success on our company website, I want to share my learnings, as well as the highlights and hurdles of life as an entrepreneur with my followers — particularly when it comes to taking a look behind the scenes of a SaaS business and exploring what ‘real life’ as a COO and Co-founder looks like.
