Sarah Dowzell is a UK entrepreneur and operator focused on building companies and long-term capital.
She co-founded and exited Natural HR, a cloud-based HR software platform that grew to serve hundreds of organisations and a team of more than 50 employees before its acquisition.
An operations-minded founder, Sarah enjoys the mechanics of building; the systems, discipline and decision-making required to turn an idea into a functioning, scalable business.
Today, her work combines company building with thoughtful capital allocation, drawing on lessons learned from building and exiting a business.
Away from the boardroom, Sarah is the mother of two boys who have grown up alongside her entrepreneurial journey. In fact, Natural HR signed its first paying customer while Sarah was in labour with her first child.
Outside of business, Sarah enjoys strength and flexibility training and continuous learning in health and wellbeing. She is particularly drawn to exploring the science behind health and longevity through podcasts such as ZOE Science & Nutrition and Feel Better, Live More, which are among her current favourites.
